Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 12 hours prior to your allotted time. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a 30% charge of the full treatment price.
No-show Policy
We operate a strict no-show policy. Any customer who does not attend their appointment without prior notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the full treatment price. No exceptions will be made. 
Rescheduling Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to your allotted time. Any amendments made after this will be subject to a 30% charge of the full treatment price.  
Late Arrival
Arriving late to your appointment will affect the length of the treatment. If you receive a shorter treatment due to late arrival, the cost will remain the same. Please ensure you arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
Treatment Duration
The allotted time for the appointment will begin upon entering the treatment room. This allotted time includes a 5 minute total allowance for changing before and after the treatment. As per the above, we reserve the right to shorten the duration of the treatment for late arrivals. 
Deposit
Depending on your treatment, a deposit may be required when you book online or by telephone to reserve the appointment for you.

General Medical Conditions & Pregnancy
Customers with high blood pressure, heart ailments, pregnant ladies or those who have other medical complications are advised to consult a doctor before making an appointment. Our therapists are not trained medical practitioners and will not be held responsible for any health complications that may occur during or after the treatment. We therefore have the right to deny treatment to anyone who has not sought the advice of a doctor prior to their arrival.
