Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Failure to do so will result in a charge of 30% of the full treatment price.
No-Show Policy
We operate a strict no-show policy.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the full treatment price.
No exceptions will be made.
Late Arrival
Clients are advised to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to their appointment.
Late arrival may result in a reduced treatment duration in order to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings.
The full treatment fee will still apply.
Treatment Duration
The scheduled appointment time includes a total of 5 minutes for changing before and after the treatment.
Treatments will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrival will not extend the appointment and may result in a shortened session.
Pricing & Promotions
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
I-Siam reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotions at any time without prior notice.
Health & Liability Waiver
Clients must inform us of any injuries, allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy prior to treatment.
I-Siam will not be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications arising from undisclosed conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe.
Inappropriate Behaviour Policy
We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any inappropriate or sexual behaviour.
Any such behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the full treatment fee will still be charged.
Further action may be taken where necessary.
Right to Refuse or Cancel
We reserve the right to:
-Refuse treatment to any client
-Cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
Satisfaction & Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a high-quality and personalised experience.
Clients are expected to communicate any preferences, discomfort, or concerns during the treatment, allowing adjustments to be made in real time.
Once a treatment has been completed, it is deemed to have been delivered satisfactorily.
All treatments are strictly non-refundable.
We are unable to offer refunds for dissatisfaction raised after the session where no concerns were communicated at the time.
By proceeding with the treatment, clients acknowledge and accept these terms.
Therapist Requests & Availability
Requests for a specific therapist are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
If your requested therapist becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to assign an alternative suitably qualified therapist.
If you choose not to proceed with the alternative therapist, this will be treated as a cancellation or rescheduling, and charges may apply in accordance with our policy.
Hygiene & Conduct
Clients are expected to maintain appropriate personal hygiene and behave respectfully towards staff at all times.
Personal Belongings
We do not accept responsibility for any lost or stolen personal items.
Age Policy
Clients must be 18 years or over, or accompanied by a parent or guardian.

By booking and attending an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
