Please refrain from bringing young children or leave them unattended, to avoid discomfort to other customers. Do you offer massage treatments for children?
The minimum age for all our treatments is 18 years old.
Do I need to make a reservation or can I just show up?
Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to reserve your preferred date and time.
How early should I arrive to my appointment?
Please check-in at the spa reception at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow enough time for you to complete your health questionnaire and for our staff to discuss your treatment.
I have a pre-existing medical condition, will I still be able to have a treatment?
The safety of our customers is of the upmost importance. Customers with high blood pressure, heart ailments, pregnant ladies or those who have other medical complications are advised to consult a doctor before making an appointment. Our therapists are not trained medical practitioners and will not be held responsible for any health complications that may occur during or after the treatment. We therefore have the right to deny treatment to anyone who has not sought the advice of a doctor prior to their arrival.
Can I receive a treatment during my pregnancy?
Unfortunately we do not currently offer massage therapy to pregnant women due to the complications that could occur during or after the treatment.
What type of clothing should I wear during the massage?
For any oil-based massage, underwear is discretionary. For Thai massage and non oil-based massage, please bring loose clothing as tight fitted clothing will inhibit the treatment.
Is there a chance that my treatment could be with a male therapist?
Yes. Our most experienced massage therapist is male. If you prefer to have your appointment with a female therapist, please inform us at the time of booking.
Can I pay by credit or debit card?
Please be informed that we only accept cash payment at the spa. We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 12 hours prior to your allotted time. To amend the time of your appointment, please follow the instructions on your confirmation email. Any amendments made after 12 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a 30% charge of the full treatment price.
What is the cancellation policy?
Appointments must be cancelled a minimum of 12 hours prior to your allotted time. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to a 30% charge of the full treatment price.
What if I can't attend the appointment?
We operate a strict no-show policy. Any customer who does not attend their appointment without prior notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the full treatment price. No exceptions will be made.
Do you offer any form of discount?
Yes we offer discount for anyone who holds a Blue Light Discount card. We also offer discount for our valued customers as part of our loyalty card scheme. Please visit the Promotions section of our website for more information on our latest offers.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. These can be for specific treatments or a monetary amount. Vouchers can be purchased over the phone, in person or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please inform us of your name and the name of the recipient so that we can personalise the gift voucher. Payment must be made in full before the gift voucher is issued.
